The Cotati City Council welcomes you to its meetings that are generally scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. Your interest and participation are encouraged and appreciated. Meetings are subject to, and shall be noticed and conducted in accordance with, the Ralph M. Brown Act, California Government Code Section 54950 et seq. The City Council conducts meetings in accordance with the City Council Rules of Conduct, City Council Policy 2025-03. Additionally, the advanced agenda calendar is available here. The advanced agenda calendar is subject to change, including adding, deleting, or moving future items and does not become final until the meeting agenda is published. Therefore, please consult the published meeting agenda before making plans to attend City Council meetings.
The Cotati Planning Commission welcomes you to its meetings that are generally scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month. Your interest and participation are encouraged and appreciated. Meetings are subject to, and shall be noticed and conducted in accordance with, the Ralph M. Brown Act, California Government Code Section 54950 et seq. The Planning Commission conducts meetings in accordance with the Planning Commission By-Laws. To contact the Commissioners, click here.
The Measure S Citizen Oversight Committee will meet at Cotati City Hall on an annual basis, no later than two (2) months following the prior fiscal year audit being accepted by the City Council. Additional meetings may be scheduled by the Committee at its discretion. Meetings are subject to, and shall be noticed and conducted in accordance with, the Ralph M. Brown Act, California Government Code Section 54950 et seq. The Measure S boards members are; Kenneth Savano, Marjorie Crump-Shears, Arianne Eskew, Carmen Garcia and Taunya Moore. The Community-Police Advisory Committee will meet at Cotati City Hall on a quarterly basis (four times in a calendar year). Additional meetings may be scheduled by the Committee at its discretion. Meetings are subject to, and shall be noticed and conducted in accordance with, the Ralph M. Brown Act, California Government Code Section 54950 et seq. The Community-Police Advisory Committee members are; Carol Williams, Kirk Jarrett, Jeff Causbrook, Jane Lawton, and Les Richardson.
