The City of Cotati is hosting a regional housing fair being led by the Napa-Sonoma (Housing) Collaborative on Saturday, December 9 2023, from 9:00-noon at the Cotati SMART Station Depot building!
The goal of the fair is to provide information to interested community members about housing resources available in Sonom and Napa Counties. There will be free food, informational handouts and a panel discussion on ADUs and the benefits of affordable-by-design housing options.
