The City of Cotati partners with Housing Land Trust to create homeownership opportunities for the workforce. Housing Land Trust’s mission is to secure and steward affordable homeownership for households who are priced out of the market.
A home is currently for sale at 8275 Lancaster Drive in the Village Walk community. The flyer with more information is attached. Note that this opportunity is only available to Very Low Income households per County of Sonoma income limits.
